Honey Maple Almond Granola

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups rolled oats

  • 1/2 cup slivered almonds

  • 1/2 cup pepitas

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • 3 tablespoons honey

  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup

  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 cup raisons

  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries

Directions:

1. In a medium bowl, mix the oats, almonds, pepitas, salt, and cinnamon.

2. In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, maple syrup, olive oil, and vanilla. Pour over the dry ingredients and mix well.

3. Spread the mixture out onto a baking sheet. Bake for 20-30 minutes at 300 degrees, stirring occasionally. Take the granola out as soon as it starts to brown.

4. Stir in the raisins and dried cranberries. Let it cool completely and then store in an air tight container.
